The reference installation

The NAALI/SUOMI testnet pool was the first PoC for the Windows-based nodes.
It ran on a 4GB RAM HP notebook drawn from trash.

The next step will be the mainnet installation, but we need some better hardware first (although the HP does still stink and work). The fiber connection has had untimely outages and we do not want to be on mainnet with probs.
